Pastor Cliff & Linda have been at Oak Grove since 1987 after serving on staff with Peoria Youth for Christ and pastoring a new church in Bloomington, IL. Cliff and Linda are both graduates of Wheaton College with Cliff earning his Masters degree from Huntington University. Linda teaches English & Literature at Peoria Christian High School.

Pastor Cliff strongly believes that the Bible is the only infallible Word of God for us today, and he desires to faithfully present it in his preaching and teaching. He also believes that building relationships is one of the most powerful ways of sharing Christ.

In their spare time, the Elliotts enjoy spending time with their three married children and chasing around their 12 grandchildren. Cliff enjoys home projects and the St. Louis Cardinals. He also fields a team in the Oak Grove Fantasy Baseball league.
